My roof is thirty years old and the ridges were disintegrating. When the wind would blow I found pieces of the roof material in my garden. Jobe Roofing replaced all the existing ridges. I was very satisfied with their work. Cooper came with a drone to measure the roof and that was fun. When the time came for the repairs to be made, the crew that came was very pleasant and personable. They worked well with me and they did anything I asked of them, especially handling the details with my skylights. I think the price was reasonable given the amount of materials used and the quality of service. The job was done perfectly.

We have a 1950’s house with a complicated roof. I spoke with six different roofing companies and received multiple bids before hiring Jobe Roofing. They did a great job installing a TPO roof and solar panels, all for an affordable price. The roofers showed up every day on time and worked hard. The solar installation was expertly done. Our house is significantly cooler with the new roof. As with any older house, there were surprises. Solving them was a collaborative effort, and I appreciated that Jobe listened to my ideas. Throughout, Felipe’s advice was invaluable; he has a deep knowledge of roofs and drainage. Sarah handled the documents, arranged for the solar, and had clear answers to every question. Ronald was the go-to guy for any issue, and came by the house to resolve problems. They were always pleasant, patient, helpful, and responsive.

We use an answering service for after hours where all of our calls are logged, with a status change indicated as soon as we answer the call. We generally get 15 to 20 messages coming in on a daily basis and answer them the next day. This is standard practice for us. We are in business to help people and have no reason for not following back. Because the calls are logged, it is fairly simple for us to see if we missed getting in touch with anyone. Jobe Roofing provided me with a new timberline HD shingle roof by GAF with a Golden Pledge Deluxe warranty (50 years materials & labor, 25 years workmanship). Jobe Roofing also upgraded me to the GAF Reflector series at no extra cost. The job went great. All the proper permits were pulled with the city. The workers were on time every morning for the job. They cleaned up everyday after they left the job site. They were all business every day. The job was completed in five days, which I think was pretty good for an entire strip down in 90-100 degree hot sun. My wife and I are very satisfied with our new roof, We would highly recommend Jobe Roofing Co.

Jobe Roofing rebuilt my deck, replaced my roof and installed insulation in the attic. They were excellent with their work, cleaned up everyday when they were finished, made sure no nails were in the yard or driveway, and made sure everything was covered. They made sure all specifications were up to code. They gave me a lifetime warranty with the shingles. They also did a gas cooling system for the attic. The salesman was Franco and Alvaro was the foreman and he was really good. They replaced all damage wood. They did a fantastic job. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Jobe. He came recommended to me by a manufacturer of high-end roofing products who knew Jobe’s work and let me know Jobe was certified to install their roofs. Jobe always makes sure he is certified properly for the type of roof he is installing. If he isn’t certified, he won't take the job because he won’t be able to get the warranty. Jobe is the guy who comes in when things are screwed up and makes it simple to fix it all. My roof needed to be replaced because of shoddy work done by another contractor. Jobe was effective at telling me what the issues were and gave me three or four options for different roofing solutions. We got a fabulous warranty with Jobe, as well as with the manufacturer. Jobe came to my home to meet with the manufacturer rep personally so he could be sure he was doing everything right to satisfy the warranty. Jobe’s managers and installers are great. They wore uniforms and cleaned up after themselves. Their customer service is amazing. They always got back to me quickly and they even followed up with me after the installation when it rained! Jobe is completely honest. He could have talked me into a more expensive roof, and made more money, but he explained why a less expensive option was best for me. And when I asked him if he could work on my deck he said that since ours is a custom home, rather than just take the job, he recommended someone who specializes in decks. I would give Jobe an A+++ and I am uber picky! I wish I had met Jobe in the beginning of our remodel since he would have saved me so much anguish. Even my general contractor loves Jobe. I will sing his praises to anyone.

Jobe came out on time, in 100+ degree heat and checked that all the vents were secure, up on that hot roof! He is very professional.

Jobe did a high-end shingle roof for us. He did a beautiful job: on time, thorough and neat. His craftsmanship is precise and careful. It was not a perfect story - we had a miscommunication and he didn't realize the garage is the kids' playroom. When the crew was taking off the garage roof and making a mess of the playroom, I came out and let them know. They handled the situation so well! They cleaned it all up, put covers on everything and generally made up for the mistake. If everything goes fine, you don't really know what a company is made of. You really find out about a company's credibility when there is a mistake. Jobe went above and beyond what I would expect for a roofer. I was so happy with who he turned out to be, the way he took care of me, and how he interacted with the insurance company. And his bid was about $5000 less than the other bids I got. Jobe went out of his way to make sure I was happy during the project and followed up to make sure I was happy with everything afterward, too. I am very satisfied with Jobe Roofing.

We had a really a great experience with Jobe. We redid two houses and we only used two contractors from the first house for the second one. The first job was really tricky – a narrow roof on a hillside. They did a great job with it. They always did what they said they were going to do. A lot of the time people in construction make promises they don’t keep, but Jobe kept their promises. There was always a point person there to make sure everything was going right. I got a few different bids and their pricing was really good.
