Volunteers Help Seniors Age in Place with Community Support
MANY OLDER ADULTS want to stay in their homes as long as they can, but often they need some help to make that possible. Westside Pacific Villages (WPV) helps older adults remain active and independent in the comfort and security of their own homes and neighborhoods. WPV also offers services and provides programs that promote healthy and engaged living.
WPV is a part of the Village Movement California and the Village to Village Movement. which seeks to transform the experience of growing older by allowing people to age in place. WPV connects volunteers with aging citizens in their communities in order to share skills and provide support with everyday tasks.
Membership includes many benefits such as: transportation to doctor’s and other appointments, help around the house, companionship, social activities and wellness programs.
The new WPV Cares membership program has a reduced annual membership fee, a low-income membership and a monthly payment option. WPV is a membership-based, volunteer driven, non-profit organization.
WPV serves Culver City, El Segundo, Inglewood, Ladera Heights, Mar Vista, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, Marina del Rey, Manhattan Beach, Westchester, and adjacent areas.

| PRICING INFO | In order to receive benefits and services from WPV, an annual membership fee is required: Individual Member: $600/yr Household (2 or more): $900/yr Membership dues can be paid either by cash, check, or credit card. Payment plans available if needed. |
