I grew up with a reverse osmosis system and know the benefits of having really good, clean water. I knew the stigma of LA water quality and I didn’t want to take any chances. Plus, I was tired of hauling water bottles up the stairs to my apartment.
I was wondering if I could install a system myself or if I should find someone like Richard who does this day in and day out. Richard was easy to reach via text and I got a quote from him super fast. That was pleasant! I had just moved into an apartment and Richard got me scheduled within a week. His prices are really reasonable as well. He followed up the next day to see if there were any leaks—there weren’t. Soon after I had to move again so I contacted him to relocate the system. I had a tight schedule since my old lease ended one day and my new lease started the next. He moved the system on the day I moved and, like before, said he would text me the next day to see if I had any leaks. He did and there weren’t.
I contacted him today because there was a super minor leak. I said I could probably fix it, but Richard is all about his quality being the best. I called Friday and he came out Sunday afternoon to replace the valve! And he didn’t charge me! Richard has been very helpful and generous. I very much enjoy working with him.

Richard is awesome. Our designer who we love and trust recommended that we call Richard to check out the water filtration system that came with the house we bought. I called Richard and he came out less than 24 hours later. He told me we had a really good system and there was no reason to buy a new one. He made one small fix and that was it. Fast forward a couple of years, we moved out of the country and rented the house out. Soon after they moved in, the tenants said the system wasn’t working so I called Richard again. He checked it out and said the renters had done something to the system and broke it. He recommended replacing it this time. He replaced it with a great system. A year later he followed up just to make sure everything was working ok. A while later, my faucet broke and the system shut itself off. I called Richard and only a day later he came by and fixed it. Richard is so honest, so good and so professional. He is one of the best third party people I have ever dealt with in my home. He is the real deal. He could have sold me a brand new system the first time I contacted him, but he didn’t think I needed it. That is pure honesty. He is a solid human being.

I was looking for clean water and looked online for a good filtration system. The Britta filters aren’t good and after researching I found I wanted a reverse osmosis system with alkaline. At first I bought one system and Richard installed it for me. But that system malfunctioned, and so I switched to Richard’s product. He has been checking the system and changing the filters for about three years now. In that time, I have recommended him to five friends. He also just installed a system at my girlfriend’s place. When he arrived he tested the water and it was around 400 parts per million of impurities. The filtration system brought that number down to 17. Richard is also a lovely man to work with and his prices are fair. He is easy to communicate with, and always there if I have a problem.
