I found Emilio in N2N. He is wonderful! He is cordial, he brings up ideas if he thinks they are warranted and doesn't waste time. We’ve recommended him to other friends who have been equally happy. He is very helpful. He did a seamless job when fixing our fencing. He installed our security cameras and showed us have to use it. He worked on our rental home. He redid our storage unit that we have outside. He got all new wood, because the old wood had been dilapidated. The unit looks brand new now. We’re very pleased with the outcome. He is just excellent. We were very pleased. He’s always making sure the customer is satisfied. His work was within the range he had told us it would be. And his labor costs were right on. I don’t have any criticism. We would use him again in a second.

Emilio did a fencing job for me recently. I found him in the Neighbor2Neighbor booklet. He was wonderful: very pleasant and professional. One side of our yard was completely open and we had him to build a section of fence that matched the existing fence. He built it and painted it in three days. It looks amazing. He gave us an estimate that he stayed with and the pricing was very fair. The whole project went smoothly with no surprises. He had shown us photos of his work so we knew what to expect with the quality. We need to get the fencing done on the other side of the yard next year and we will come to him for that.

I found Emilio in the Neighbor2Neighbor directory.
First, Emilio was always prompt even with LA traffic. That in and of itself is amazing.
The work he did was better than any of the handymen I have had before. He does beautiful work. I hired for him for two jobs—the last was re-stuccoing the lower part of the walls of our house. He had to fix some shoddy work done before his time. He is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. He charges a fair price for the quality of work he does. I have another job for him that involves repairing tile work and I have no doubt in my mind he is the person for the job!
It seems like he has an extensive range of talents, but I also appreciate that he knows his limits. I had a ceiling fan that I loved, but it broke. Emilio looked at it and said he could spend a lot of time, take it apart and try to fix it, but financially it made more sense for me to buy a new one. He could have made a lot on that, and instead he wanted to save me the money. I made a mental note at that moment that he is an honest person.
Emilio is also very easy to talk to. I feel completely comfortable discussing anything about his work with him.
I am pretty darn happy!

We found Emilio in Neighbor2Neighbor. We have used him about six times. He has done a lot of work around the house including: replacing all of our light fixtures, some demolition, replacing towel racks and other hardware in the bathroom, installing a bathroom vanity, some tile work, hanging shelves, mirrors and art. Emilio is really nice and super easy to get a hold of via text. I trust him to work alone in the house. I feel good about his pricing and really enjoy working with him.

Emilio has a great personality. He is genuine and a family man. I had linoleum flooring in kitchen which wasn’t easy to clean. Emilio put in ceramic tiles. He did a really good job and I was happy with the fee he charged. He has a really good work ethic. He started at 8 am and didn’t stop until 9 pm when it was done.
I have recommended Emilio to a number of other people, too. We have customers from N2N who I have referred to Emilio. I repiped one customer’s entire condominium. The walls were like swiss cheese! When I was done I gave him Emilio’s contact info to fix the walls. I went back to do something for the customer and Emilio’s work was outstanding! You couldn’t tell there were ever holes in the wall. Everything from the patching to the paint and texturing was so well done.
Emilio has also worked for my wife’s friend's company for the past few years. She is so happy with him. He was doing a lot of landscaping for her service, but he does a lot of different home service tasks as well.

Framed two walls, ran electrical, boxed in a window and French doors. He finished the walls and installed ceramic tiles.
