Patrick is the most honest HVAC guy I've ever worked with. I am a paralyzed wheel chair user. Other HVAC services told me I needed a whole new unit which I could not afford. Patrick offered a fair price and rebuilt the entire system for me. I can’t say enough about him. He is so pleasant to be around and a real, honest family man.

Back in March 2025 we purchased a 30-year-old townhouse with the original HVAC. The inspector told me the system was on its last legs. I was worried because this was right before summer. I called Patrick who I had read some good reviews about. Turns out he was a local—he lives two minutes from me. He looked at the system and said that as long as he did annual maintenance, and replaced a few parts, he could get it working well. Patrick quoted me a really good deal on the parts and labor and he fixed it in two visits! I had a really good experience him. I have never had such a good experience with a contractor. He was really great.

I called Patrick in a panic for an urgent job. He moved his schedule around and came out that same day. He had everything he needed in his van and did it right then and there. Afterward, he came in with his booties and taught me about our system and what problems to look out for. I felt very comfortable with Patrick. We are on his regular maintenance schedule now.

Patrick services the HVAC system in my house once a year. He does a really great job. He goes on the roof and works on anything that needs to be done: from cleaning coils to adding Freon. My system broke a few years ago and he replaced the unit on the roof and in the interior. He is really knowledgeable. He came yesterday to flush out and clean my two tankless water heaters. Patrick’s customer service is excellent. He is very polite, kind, friendly, on time and reliable. I have already recommended him to five of my friends and they all love him. I used to have other technicians and Patrick has much better pricing. He’s excellent. I have had the house 32 years I am glad to know he will be around for a long time.
