I’ve used Thermo Cooling personally and as the Vice President of our 13-unit Home Owners Association. Their pricing was very competitive and the service was great! They really knew what they were talking about and took the time to explain everything. They even did detailed reports for each unit.

Sean redid the entire vent system in my townhouse and did a fantastic job. My home used to barely cool in summer. Turning the thermostat to 70 still meant 81 degrees inside! Sean discovered the original installer hadn’t sealed the attic properly, so I was cooling Glendale! Sean discovered a small coolant leakage, replaced a few small parts, and saved me from spending $25,000 on a new system another contractor tried to sell me. He’s honest, personable, and thorough. In fact, we had purchased another unit that didn’t fit into our space, and they were able to get another unit for us that cost a bit more, but they matched the price of the first unit.
